Things you can do to avoid or help the dreaded hangover!
 

Precautions:

Before you start drinking, make sure you eat! Preferably fruits or something else that has lots of vitamin B and C in it. You may also want to take plenty of Vitamin B and C. Alcohol depletes the nutrients, and vitamins will help tremendously! Drink plenty of water and juice before you tie one on for the night. Alcohol, even though it's wet, dehydrates the body. Drinking plenty of fluids will help prepare you for your big night out!

While You Drink:

Always order a cup of water with your drink. This will help rehydrate your system and will help you not run your bar tab up so quickly. Eat or snack while your drinking. Food will help absorb the alcohol in your system. If possible, order fruit drinks to help put the vitamins back into your body as you loose them. A little help now will go a long way in the morning! Remember, NEVER drink and drive!

The Party's Over:


Drink plenty of water before going to bed. Do not drink coffee. Coffee will help dehydration. Take some vitamins B and C before going to bed. Get plenty of sleep! Time always helps! When you wake up, drink plenty of water and juice.

Remember, every body is different! Learn from your past experiences to avoid future hangovers! Try different things to help yourself feel better. After all, it's just a party!
